Join SUP Frederick for a relaxed Sunday paddle around Little Seneca Lake at Black Hill Regional Park (known to locals as Black Hills Lake), followed by our first Charcuterie Regatta.

Bring one charcuterie-inspired edible item to share; like cheese, crackers, fruit, meats, olives, dips, something homemade, something fun, or something weirdly fancy. You get the idea. Just pack it securely for the paddle.
