🌿 SUP Frederick Nature Quests & Challenges
Welcome to Your Adventure Hub
At SUP Frederick, we believe every trip on the water or trail can be more than just a workout — it can be a story, a memory, and a connection to the places we love. That’s why we created Nature Quests & Challenges, a playful way to explore the Potomac River, C&O Canal towpath, and the many lakes, creeks, and trails across Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and D.C.
Whether you’re paddling the 32-Miler, biking the towpath, or taking a sunset hike, these quests turn your journey into a game. Each challenge card is curated with local wildlife to spot, conservation actions to try, historic landmarks to discover, and just-for-fun prompts to make your day unforgettable.
